China Transit Visa Requirement:

1. Your Original Passport:

   You must send your actual passport, which must have 6 months validity remaining and at least one blank visa page.

   -- First time applicants who previously held passports from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau must submit a photocopy of their previous passports.

   --Children under 18 years old must provide must provide a photocopy of their birth certificate and a copy of one parent's passport when applying for the first time.

   -- American born children of Chinese descent must provide a photocopy of their birth certificate and a copy of one parent's passport and green card when applying for the first time.

   -- Non-US passport holders must provide a copy of their green card or US work visa (must have 6 months validity remaining).

2. Visa Application Form:

   Download, Complete Online, print and sign it, one form per applicant;

3. Photograph:

   One passport style photo for each application;

4. Air Ticket & Visa for Final Destination Country:

   Send a copy of airline ticket to final destination and you must have a valid visa of the country of destination on your passport.

6. Processing Fees:

   We accept check, money order. Please make check or money order payable to China Travel Service Houston.

   1. For non-US passports, the Chinese Consulate only issues single entry visas valid for two months with duration of 30 days. The Consulate fee is $30 and our service fee $19 for regular processing. Express and rush fees apply.

   2. Processing time means the time it takes for the Chinese Consulate to process your visa. Please allow extra time for shipping and handling.

   3. If you are submitting multiple applications, you need to pay only one FedEx return shipping fee if all passports are returned to the same address. For ten or more passports, the FedEx fee is $35.

   4. Applications for same day rush service must be received by 10:00AM. You must therefore use the early morning delivery services of FedEx, UPS or DHL only. Rush service applications received after 10:00 AM will be shipped back the following business day;

   5. Send all documents in a secure way (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Express Mail or Certified Mail) to the address below:
